Share files directly using IP address without any software.

 The easiest way to share files directly is using the FTP.To share files directly over the net using IP address, we will have to use Command Prompt.Command Prompt is a feature of Windows that provides an entry point for typing MS‑DOS (Microsoft Disk Operating System) commands and other computer commands. The most important thing to know is that by typing commands, you can perform tasks on your computer without using the Windows graphical interface.

 

To open the Command Prompt, follow these steps-

     WINDOWS 7

In Windows 7, open the Start Menu and type command or cmd. 

Then click the Command Prompt search result.

WINDOWS 8.1

In Windows 8.1, switch to the Start screen and type command or cmd.

Then, click the Command Prompt search result.

WINDOWS 10

In Windows 10, you can use Cortana to search for, and launch the Command Prompt. Inside Cortana's search field, enter command or cmd. Then, click the Command Prompt result.

Alternatively, if you have a microphone installed on your device, you can simply tell Cortana what you want to do. Click or tap on the microphone icon in Cortana's search field and tell her to "Launch Command Prompt".

In just a moment, Cortana will understand what you want and immediately launch the Command Prompt window.

Launch The Command Prompt From The Run Window

One of the quickest ways to launch the Command Prompt is to use the Run window (press Win+R on your keyboard to open it).
Then, type cmd or cmd.exe and press Enter or click OK.

  

After opening the Command Prompt, go the directory in which the file you have to send is.

Eg. d:\users\Microsoft.

Then type "ftp ipaddr" and hit enter ( no ""). Replace ipaddr with the ip address to which you want to send the file.

Now type "put torrent.exe" and hit enter (no ""). Replace torrent.exe with the name of your file.

Now the file will be sent to the IP address directly over the net.
To know the IP address  type IP address in Google and your IP address will be displayed at the top of the Search results page.
